I am committed to advocating for families and I specialize in enhancing communication, fostering connection, and teaching practical skills and strategies that promote respect, healthy boundaries, and effective conflict resolution. My focus is to support families to navigate ongoing challenges while cultivating positive and lasting relationships. I provide guidance and support to families as they work through challenges at home and in environments outside the home, including school. My approach emphasizes empathy, patience, and compassion from a strength-based perspective. I strive to empower children, youth, and their families by promoting resilience, self-advocacy, and mental wellness. Together we can heal and strengthen your family.
