## In their own words

\**Rate:$130** **Accepting new clients** Are you feeling overwhelmed by chronic illness or pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or self-esteem concerns? You’re not alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences openly and without judgment. Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through, build insight, and move toward healing, balance, and a greater sense of well-being at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I draw from modalities such as attachment-based therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness, and I am currently completing training in EMDR to further support trauma processing and healing. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on building a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and supported. As a cancer survivor, I’m especially passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions, while also helping with a wide range of mental health concerns.
