I specialize in trauma therapy using CBT, EMDR and Sandtray therapy. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Child Studies and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. It includes over 30 years of experience working in various capacities and within community agencies and grassroots organizations. In addition, I am certified with Integrative Enneagram Solutions to help individuals uncover their uniqueness in their journey. Working with the Enneagram empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own behaviours and growth, from a greater understanding of why they act and react the way they do.
