She works with adults who feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted through traditional therapy, including anxiety, shame, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Her approach is focused, structured, and depth-oriented. Sally-Anne is known for helping clients move beyond insight and into meaningful change—particularly when previous therapy has not led to the results they were hoping for. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, she supports the reprocessing of distressing experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity.
