I just had my first appointment with Chelsea Howard after my wife Nadia highly recommended her. From the moment I arrived, Chelsea made me feel completely at ease—she has such a calm, welcoming presence. Her treatment approach is incredibly gentle and intuitive, blending relaxation, light to moderate pressure, and subtle movement that felt both grounding and therapeutic. She was very attuned to my comfort and needs throughout the session, and it’s clear she brings a deep understanding of the body. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and brings both skill and heart to her practice. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Chelsea has been my massage therapist since 2017. She has kept me moving despite a car accident and several surgeries. She was able to bill ICBC and my group insurance policy. I would highly recommend her!

I had an RMT appointment with Chelsea. My goodness, what a warm friendly person she is. My massage was great, if you're reading this Chelsea, I am very glad to meet you ! You gave me the right pressure and made me feel SO relaxed ! The place is very nice and the bathroom even has tampons. That was so appreciative. I have been seeing Kari as my RMT for a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She always finds the spots I need work on and she is an excellent Massage Therapist. With my regular RMT on mat leave, I got to see her business partner, Chelsea. She has her own room at the spa with different hours—including one day with evening appointments! Chelsea is a fantastic RMT and I’m so impressed. After a busy holiday season, I walked in feeling 10 years older and left feeling refreshed and renewed.
