We build a listing by reading what you already publish, and we can get it wrong. Anything you state in the portal is recorded as coming from you, and it outranks whatever we read — for good, not until the next time we look.
We keep watching your site and your booking system for changes, but what we find there can never withdraw or replace something you stated yourself. Only you can take back your own claim.
Hide a service and it stops appearing to patients. The service, its price and its history all survive, so nothing is lost if you show it again — or if you walk away entirely and leave the listing as it was.
