“My wife & I came here on Oct. 23rd. & were treated with courtesy & respect by the entire staff. They made us feel like family the minute we walked in the door. Dr. Spataro took the time to explain things to us so we could understand them. His client compassion & care is outstanding. Would we recommend this optometrist? You bet we would. “Optometrist that examined my eyes, I would give a 5 star review. Once he left me in the gallery to choose frames, is where it all went downhill for me. It was busy and the staff were busy helping the customers ahead of me, which was fine, they were being super attentive to their customers which I appreciated. I just figured that once they were finished with those customers, I would get the same level of customer service. But no such luck, I was left in a gallery full of glasses by myself for well over 20 minutes. It’s too bad, I was looking forward to ordering a new pair of glasses, it has been awhile. And I was really hoping to order a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. But I’ll take my prescription and business elsewhere I guess.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“First off my optometrists here are amazing. Their so called professional staff however seem to think its okay to have a power trip on giving me my personal information. I have never been treated so poorly here before. I called around 2 in the afternoon today to get my prescription so I could order contacts online for my wedding. When I called I asked if I had a box of contacts there. I had forgot about in the summer. I asked if I could get my prescription and she said she couldn't give it over the phone, and I asked what about email? She said she can do that. This was my email and her rude response. Good afternoon, Can I get my contact prescription? Thank you, You have contact lenses here to pick up. They have been here since July. You can get your prescription when you pick up the contacts. Balance owing is $70.00 Now I get that I forgot to pick up my order but this place also carries MY personal information and when I request that information regardless of an outstanding 70.00 dollars. I expect them to give that me. This was right out a power trip and I think me and my 4 children will be going to another place after 30 years.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I am here visiting from Nova Scotia. I broke my glasses 4 days ago and literally couldn't see a thing. I was so frustrated and I would be here another 2 weeks. My brother suggested calling this place. I called and they said bring them in and we'll see what we can do. TA-DAAA!! They fixed me right up FOR FREE and turned my frown upside down 😀😀. And when I put my repaired glasses on after being half blind for 4 days, they even supplied the "Hallelujah " sound effects for me. “Bought a pair of glasses here a few years back and everyone was nothing but nice, nose piece fell off the glasses today, went in and they repaired it in 2 minutes for free! Definitely going back for my next pair of glasses.”
