“You ruined my face. You caused my whole lower jaw and lips to shift to the right. 7 years ago I visited you for cleaning and the dentist lock my jaw. Immediately afterwards, it was so painful to open my mouth. I couldn't open my mouth at all. Slowly by slowly I was able to open my mouth but there was popping on my left side when I open my mouth. I went to physiotherapist. It was not useful as it had already caused a TMJ issue. Now my whole jaw is shifted to the right with my lips being very slanted. “I have been Dr. Jung's patient for more than 3 years. I had previously gone to two different dentists in Burnaby, but moved to Dr. Jung's practice for her expertise and thorough approach. She always takes time to explain the treatment as well as any potential issues I may have as I age. She shows concern when I don't fully follow her oral hygiene recommendations; however, she continues to provide recommendations in a professional manner. “Very impressed by Dr Jung and her team (BC Place location) I just had my very first assessment at Aarm Dental Group with Dr. Jung, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm, caring, and nurturing — it instantly helped ease my nerves. Dr. Jung herself is exceptional. She has a calm, considerate energy and took the time to explain everything clearly — what was happening during the assessment, what the results meant, and the steps moving forward. I really appreciated how transparent they were with all the x-rays, information, and costs. I’ve had a lot of traumatic dental experiences in the past, but this was by far the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dental setting. The assessment was detailed and educational —I knew I had things that needed work but felt in the dark, confused and anxious. “Dr Jung is a terrific dentist. She is a great listener with a gentle touch, very competent and professional . I’ve been visiting Dr Jung for 5 years now and always learning new current advice on how to help myself at home with my dental hygiene. Twice for emergencies, Dr Jung managed to squeeze me in last minute. Due to health reasons Dr Jung cleans my teeth personally. She is always staying up to date on the latest procedures and is involved with the oral cancer care program. I look forward to seeing the photos of my teeth before and after - that Dr Jung takes. She takes the time to show me the issue and explains the problem areas for me to concentrate on. I have had a few crowns and Dr Jung takes the time to make sure the new crowns blend well with the older teeth. Her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. “I had the worst pain suddenly on the right side of my mouth and couldn't sleep all night. First thing in the morning I called Aarm Dental at BC Place, Ali answered and I explained to him my situation. Ali got me in just before noon. Hazel and Dr Lina Jung took a look at me, both amazing people by the way, absolute sweethearts. Dr Jung and Hazel went through a series of tests, and right away found the problem. A wisdom teeth removal hiding a cavity spotted later. Everything was done within the same appointment. It was such relief. Will be going to them regularly for sure for future check ups.
