“We had a great appointment at ABC dental. The staff was warm and welcoming and the hygienist explained all the tools to my 4 year old ahead of time. He previously was having no success at my dental clinic (which is also great) but he warmed up right away at ABC. My 2 year old also had a successful first appointment. “Very rude nurses, who helped us with my kids teeth cleaning . We complained to there manager but nothing happened. Did not clean my kids teeth properly at all, she finished the cleaning within 2min. I was going since long time but the experience we received in September . That was not good at all. I would not recommend family and friends going there. Very rude staff at the front when u complain about it and want to talk to there manager, start saying we will see when she is free. Manager said will get back to us with in few days but she never called back. It’s been over one month now. Really bad service.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“We had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making my child feel completely at ease. The waiting area is bright, clean, and full of fun things to keep kids entertained. The dentist and hygienist were incredibly gentle and patient, explaining everything in kid-friendly terms and making the whole visit stress-free. My child actually left with a big smile (and not just because of the prize.) I’m so thankful we found a dental office that truly cares about kids’ comfort and health. “My son loves this place!!! He has really bad anxiety which makes appointments difficult for us most times. Not here though . . . I get to sit in the room while work is being done, they are incredibly patient and straight forward with him. They answer any questions he asks and he gets to make his own choices. There are stickers on the wall. They make the appointments quick. They give awesome prizes after. They speak to him directly and patiently wait for him to speak. It's clear that they love working with children. The waiting room even has toys for the kids. There is a train track going across the ceiling. I have had this place recommended to me by many people who said everyone who works here is incredibly awesome. He even had to get dental surgery done at the Abbotsford location and it went SO well. The cost is not outrageous. Honestly, 10000000/10 for this place. I walked out of my son's dental appointment today feeling like I was on top of the world. As we were leaving, my son told me that this is the only dentist he wants to go to. So very, very, VERY thankful to have such a wonderful dental clinic in our community. “We love ABC Dental! Having had a previous bad experience with a different pediatric dentist, we were hesitant when we first came to Dr. Dewji and his team, but they have been nothing short of amazing! They understand my kids and are so patient and kind. Their genuine care for kids and their wellbeing is evident at every visit. “The staff were amazing with my daughter, she felt totally comfortable through the whole procedure. After the procedure while my daughter was in recovery the staff were very supportive and understanding while my she was coming out of sedation. They have rooms that have a little bed and a tv so my daughter was able to watch a movie, which she was very happy about. They also called later in the day to make sure she was recovering well at home. I would definitely take my daughter back to ABC Dental even though I live an hour away.”Lire la suiteRéduire
