I started going to this clinic last year through my work insurance, and I really liked everything about it: the great ladies at the front desk, and the excellent specialists in all fields (I had various treatments). This year, I went to the clinic for four months of rehabilitation after a car accident, and I highly recommend the physiotherapist Plamen and the massage therapist Ryan—they’re incredibly awesome guys. They’re very professional, and I feel much better after my sessions with them; my back, which used to hurt a lot, has improved significantly. Plamen also showed me some exercises to do at home for my problem areas, and I’ve been doing them ever since. They’re very simple, but they work well. Plamen was excellent! He addressed my issue right away and didn’t waste any time. He taught me resistance training exercises, recommended using a lacrosse ball (which surprisingly helped a lot), and did a deep tissue massage on my shoulders that relieved my shoulder pain completely. The BEST place to go for physio! Jignasha is an amazing physiotherapist! For over a year I’ve been struggling with severe back pain that would come at random times and was so stabbing and painful it would take my breath away. I finally talked to my Dr. he told me what was causing the pain, and told me that physio would help get rid of it. I booked an appointment and upon my exam with Jignasha she told me exactly the same diagnosis as my Dr. after 3 treatments the pain is gone! Lilian is an amazing physiotherapist!! She has helped me tremendously over the past two years with both strength training and sports-related injuries. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Whether it was ankle, wrist, or knee pain, she was always able to accurately identify the issue and provide effective treatment through physiotherapy techniques, and personalized rehabilitation exercises. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just treat the pain temporarily — she also helps build long-term strength and stability with targeted training plans. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to continue both gym training and playing sports with much more confidence and less pain. Came to this clinic for a work safe claim to deal with bulging disc in my lower back. The entire experience was great, nice clinic, very helpful receptionists. Lillian is absolutely awesome! She’s the reason I can hold my baby after giving birth. Lillian is really professional and friendly. It’s amazing that she immediately knew what the problem was too. When some of the exercises were too hard, Lillian was able to adjust them for me. I saw improvement in just a few sessions, I couldn’t believe I could go back to performing everyday tasks so soon! The receptionists are great as well, it was always easy to book appointments. So glad I Googled “best physio near me” and found this place. A million thanks to Lillian at Absolute Physio! I can’t recommend Dakota enough. He’s helped with a mix of back problems, elbow pain, and a pretty rough ankle sprain, and Dakota has been incredible through all of it. He really takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains everything clearly, and builds a treatment plan that actually works. Every session feels focused and productive, and I’ve noticed real improvement in my mobility and pain levels. Dakota is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping you get back to feeling your best. If you’re dealing with injuries or ongoing pain, you’re in very good hands with Dakota.
