Infrared Sauna Session

The sauna room is booked for a 60-minute sauna session as well 15 minutes to accommodate changing time etc. We have enforced great sanitizing protocols including hospital grade sanitizer and limited availability. Other COVID updates to our sauna: -Limited availability -mandatory covid pre-screening form filled out before entrance to the clinic (this will be emailed to you) -clear instructions once you are in the sauna area with what to do with linens etc -no couples sauna sessions available We provide clean linens - please bring a water bottle. If this is your first session, you will be required to sign a waiver in advance of using the sauna. Once you arrive to the clinic for your appointment, please call the clinic to check in. The front desk staff will let you know you can enter, donning a mask. You may take your mask off during the sauna session, but please wear it again when you are exiting the clinic.
