If you are an existing chiropractic patient but it has been 3+ months since your last appointment and/or you have a new problem that needs to be first diagnosed, please book a Chiropractic Re-Evaluation appointment.
If you would like to book an appointment sooner than what the online availability offers, please call or email the clinic. You may also add yourself to the waitlist and we will contact you should an earlier appointment time become available.
Cancellation & Treatment Fee Policies:
Advanced notice of 24 business hours is required for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Patients are subject to a missed appointment fee up to the full treatment/service fee. Treatment fees are due at the time of service. Please confirm your insurance coverage prior to booking an appointment. Any fees not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service. We do not accept cash.
