“Made an appointment at Hagersville office and they canceled on the day of appointment. I really needed to see someone and waited about a week only to get canceled. They made another appointment and the best they could do for me was almost 2 weeks wait. I called around and found someone to see next day so I called to cancel not knowing I called the Hamilton office. They had an appointment next day as well and seats I could take it and do follow ups in Hagersville. Why didn’t they try in the Hagersville office to get that for me.
