CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please be considerate of your practitioner’s time by not waiting until the last moment to cancel your appointment if you need to cancel for any reason. If canceled within 48 hours and we are unable to fill that spot, you will be charged a $75 late cancelation fee (plus tax for RMT and Osteopath appointments). A full treatment fee will be charged if canceled within 24 hours.

We offer direct billing for insurance providers that accept Osteopathy under their direct billing policies. However, some insurers do not allow direct billing for osteopathic services. In those cases, you can still submit your receipt manually for reimbursement. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the clinic — we’re happy to help!
