I have been going to Dr. Tara since August 2023 as a prenatal patient. I have continued to bring my toddler and newborn infant to her for chiropractic care on a periodic basis. She is professional, approachable with all concerns and knowledgeable. With indepth conversations and realistic expectations, I have since convinced my husband to become a patient as well! I believe the pre and post natal care helped me both prepare and recover from the birthing experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Tara enough! She supported me throughout my pregnancy and truly made a world of difference in managing my discomfort and pain. From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly understanding of the unique physical challenges that come with pregnancy.
Each session was tailored to how I was feeling that week and she always took the time to listen and adjust her care accordingly. Thanks to her, I was able to stay mobile and sleep better.

What a gem! From the moment you call to book an appointment with Maria, you are met with so much kindness, reassurance and a full details of what my children are to expect from the appointment. The when we go to the appointment you again are met with unbelievable kindness, which put my children at ease and full of calm. We finally met Maria and she led us to a room and fully explained the tests to my children and always let them know what she was going to do next. Then we finally meet Dr.Tara. She made us feel at home. My children liked her so much and had fun during their assessments. During the assessment, she allowed me (mom) to see what she sees and be part of the assessment of my children, which was great learning experience. She spoke to all of us in such a kind and friendly manner. She made us feel like family. This clinic is amazing and anyone looking for chiropractic for your family, this is the place! After my kids assessment, I'm going to book an appointment for myself! Especially after watching Dr.Tara and Maria show so much passion and care for others and for what they do!

We’re so glad auntie Tara is the world’s best baby chiropractor. Chloe was constipated for 2 days and was waking up every night after 3 hours for over a week. I was referred to Dr. Tara by my cousin and I’ve been going to the clinic for about 2 years now. I have since found out that a few friends also go to her and speak very highly of her services. After each adjustment I feel much better and Dr. Tara, Maria and the rest of the team were very welcoming and provided me with a customized plan to help advance my health journey for the better. I have been going to Advance Vitality for almost 2 years now for my toddler and recently started seeing Dr. Tara for myself.
