“I am relieved and happy to get back my health thanks to Dr Brit Watters. From our first meeting together, I knew that I was in good hands. She is thorough in getting to know her clients in a safe environment. She is patient, compassionate and listens. Lab results are explained in a manner that I can understand. Dr Britt consults with me on next steps to move forward so that I am not overwhelmed. If you are invested in improving your health, I highly recommend Dr Britt. Melanie, the office receptionist, is welcoming, lovely to work with and her smile brightens my day. She makes sure I have the necessary supplements and arranges shipping to my home outside of Kelowna. This is a busy office, and I can always count on receiving a reply within 2 to 3 days. “Dr. Alexandra is truely amazing! If you’re wanting answers for your body and an understanding of what is going on you gotta see her! “Pleasant appt BUT hard to get an email or phone call returned, treatment and diagnostics expensive, over $800 of bloodwork suggested. Hours are limited, went twice to pick up meds and they were closed. Altogether a frustrating experience. “I’d highly recommend this clinic if you’re a woman and looking to get to the bottom of your health issues, or deepen your understanding. I’ve been at a loss for years and felt totally overlooked and neglected from our regular western medical system. Dr. Alex hasn’t overlooked a single area in my health and it feels so reassuring to finally begin navigating through my health concerns. Every appointment I am left with another piece of the puzzle.
