“Went in with 2 broken teeth, cracked in half on the bottom jaw. Can't eat, close my mouth or sleep on that side. Dr was unwilling to look at them, take x rays, or extract them. Guess I'll wait for them to go septic....”

“I used to visit my dentist in the Philippines every time I went home, and for the past two years, I’ve been stressed about not having my teeth cleaned because I only trusted my Filipino dentist. That all changed when I visited Alcan Dental Clinic. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Jolene made me feel completely comfortable, even though I made her job a little harder during my cleaning. She was warm, gentle, and explained each step of the procedure with care. She was also thoughtful enough to offer freezing, just in case I wasn’t speaking up about any discomfort. Dr. Genevieve was equally amazing, kind, considerate, and attentive. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, and the clinic itself is so beautiful that I felt like I could stay there all day. “She broke a tooth file off in my tooth canal, and said, oh, this happens sometimes, you can just go to a specialist to get it out, and pay for it yourself, it is not my problem. It cost me $4500, plus travel and hotel costs to go to Edmonton to fix her fault.”

“Very warm welcoming office! Everyone on the team makes you feel right at home during your visit prioritizing patient comfort. I even got a blanket when I picked up a chill during a appointment. Ashley at the front desk is very personable, always greets me with a smile and by name, and is very accommodating when I'm in camp to jump from text, to call, to email when my service is no good and we are booking or confirming appointments. She also always has my billing info sorted and notifies me long a head of time if I will have a balance over what my benefits will pay so there are no surprise bills at the end of a appointment. Jordan the hygienist takes special care to help alleviate any anxiety a patient may have towards dental care while also supporting a gentle hand when working on your smile. Krista and Dr. Genevieve have a fun repour while continuing to check in with you during your whole procedure. You can tell Dr. Genevieve takes great pride in her work with all the attention to detail, you could never make it out of her chair without being 100% satisfied with quality work done. Top it all off with a pristine clean office space and it's easily the best dentist office I've ever received care from, and as someone who has had over $40,000 in dental over a life time in several cities, it really is a gem nestled into the north.”Lire la suiteRéduire
