“I can’t even quite explain how amazing they are without a huge long story but ill try and keep it short…I had a medical eye emergency this week. They were able to get me an emergency appointment, explained what was happening with my eye and offered reassurance. They forwarded the referrals I needed, and made me feel like I could ask them anything without feeling stupid. They are amazing with kids, have a huge selection of frames, and the reception team is so friendly. “On Monday, February 11th, 2019, I saw Dr. Chan for an eye test, including dilation drops. He was friendly, professional, very helpful in explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions, plus he tweaked my prescription so that reading/fine work is much better. The front desk ladies were super helpful with picking out my frames. I described what I was kind of looking for and they promptly got up, walked over to the case and pulled out exactly the frame I was looking for. PLUS the total cost of my glasses was more than $200 cheaper than the last pair I got and they were ready for me within 10 days.”Lire la suiteRéduire
