RMT receipt provided: All RMT services may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance company. After payment is processed, your receipt will be emailed to you. No direct billing available at this time.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file. Any additional late cancellations or missed visits after the first occurrence will result in a 100% cancellation fee. (All cancellation fees are subject to applicable taxes and fees) . However, I understand things come up in life and are sometimes unavoidable, so please reach out to me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
