Extended Health Plan – We offer direct billing to most insurers. If direct billing cannot be processed due to technical issues or policy limitations, patients may be responsible for payment at the time of service. Please check your policy coverage in advance, as eligibility and requirements vary and some plans require a physician’s prescription.
We do not bill to Worksafe BC.
Late Cancellation & No Show Policy – We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no show will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
