Thank you for choosing us as part of your healthcare team. Yes, we do offer direct billing on many, (but not all ) services if allowed by your employee extended benefits provider. Ask us which insurers and therapists we can Direct Bill for you. Please provide your insurance information and sign the release waiver with our reception or add it to your health intake form BEFORE your appointment if you choose this option. You will also have to have a valid credit card on file in the event there is a delay in processing to cover balance left after an insurance claim is processed. Receptionists cannot override this policy.

Please be mindful of our strict and equitable cancellation fees. Any changes or cancellations to your appointment require 24 hours notice to avoid a charge.
