To ensure we have enough time to prepare and focus on your care, online booking has to be made at least 3 hours in advance. If you couldn’t find a desired date and time, please call/text us at 604 800 0556, and we will try our best to accommodate you!

We do direct billing for most Canadian insurance plans. Feel free to inquire with us prior to your first appointment. A credit card is required to be held on file to secure your booking. Please note that all of our Wellness Massage session prices do not include taxes and are NOT eligible for most insurance claims.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations and No-Shows are subject to a full session fee. Same-day rescheduling is available, subject to the practitioner’s schedule.
