Breathwork is an incredible meditative practice using various breath techniques to shift your state of consciousness to connect and release stored emotions. It can be experiences or traumas from birth, childhood, up until today or yesterday...impacted by relationships or interactions from the society we function in.
This powerful lyrical music driven class creates a supportive space to breathe, be and release. A session with guidance to be open to whatever comes up as we breathe for 45 minutes, and incorporate somatic emotional releases in a powerful way. Allow releases of internal blockages from the subconscious, opening up space within the body, changing old thought patterns, healing and moving on to create a better life from within...all with our breath.
What will the session look like?
Yoga mats, eye masks (optional) and props will be provided.
Come in comfortable loose clothing, and encouraged to bring a blanket.
The session will begin with an introduction to Miranda, to breathwork info, a run through on technique, session guidance, and then a 45 minute breathwork session. You will spend the session lying on a yoga mat, or seated in a comfortable position for the duration. Avant de réserver S’y rendre
