The first one of Summer. And new moons are a great time for clarity on our direction, desires and energetic intentions. Getting the fuck out of our head. Letting the universe know what we are asking for. We are invited to pour love and compassion back into ourselves. And being around those who make us feel safe to do that work…that’s what this community is! A practice to ground. Check in on the physical body and what it may be trying to tell you. Sit in the sensations of the somatic body that give us emotional guidance, signs and heart and soul lead instructions. POP UP SESSION! New Souls to Moon Practices Welcome!
