Welcome to AMTC. You can book an appointment using the treatment duration, and the individual therapist or add your name to the waitlist. You will be notified by email or text when an appointment becomes available. We will require a credit card on file to book an appointment. We will continue to direct bill to your insurance company for the treatment you receive. The credit card policy was adopted to help decrease the number of no-show appointments and allow other patients to book vacancies.
