Appointments at our clinic are scheduled by appointment only. To reserve an appointment, whether in person by email, by phone or online, a valid credit card is required to be saved on our secure online booking system. Once saved, our staff does not have access to your complete credit card information.
CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or alter their appointment, or miss the appointment completely, may be invoiced up to the full cost of the session .
All patients are required to have a valid credit card on file on our secure online booking system. Any outstanding fees applied to your account will charged to the credit card on file.

“Omg, I just had my first session in about 9 months, and I can’t believe I haven’t been in that long. I left my appointment feeling like a loose noodle (in a good way). John Paul DaSilva has magic hands and I can’t say enough good things about him and his massage therapy clinic. A very welcoming place, and I feel like I have kept this amazing place a secret for years now, but I truly can’t believe how talented he is. I have seen a few other massage therapist in this clinic and they are all equally talented and wonderful. John helps me relieve workplace tension in my shoulders (I’m a hairstylist), and has helped me recover from various issues over the years. A few years ago, I completely forgot and missed an appointment. They did not charge me and gave me the grace of rebooking without any additional fee’s. Thanks for that. The skilled Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) here are truly excellent. In particular, I have been fortunate enough to have JP as my therapist for the past year or so. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing he has been in helping me recover and manage my pain. His expertise and dedication to his craft are evident in every session. JP takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors each massage to address my specific needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and is able to target problem areas with precision. “I’ve been going to Altura for MVA and I cannot say enough good things about this place and staff. Starting off, parking is easy and free. The front desk staff are always welcoming, friendly, and always engaging and fun to be around. Every time I feel like I’m walking into see family because everyone is so friendly. Booking is super quick and easy online, or in person, and the staff will do everything they can to help find appointments. They’ve also been super amazing accommodating changes especially during unprecedented times. Treatments are always thorough and the therapists are very attentive to clients needs, pain points, and working on areas that I feel may need more work during a specific day. Also therapists always check in prior to leaving to make sure clients feel okay once standing back up! “I had couple of different massage therapists from here before. One was not as thorough and I didn’t feel so relaxed and one was great at relaxing my muscles. My biggest problem is that even though I paid for a 60 min massage, and most times they started late, they would not count those time in. Say the appointment is from 1-2pm. But the therapist started at 1:10pm. They would still finish at 2pm. Taken 10 min away. And I was surprised both therapists were like that. Of course, I wouldn’t know until I turned around and stared at the clock after. Just wish it could be more honest about the time and I would have given it a higher rating.”Lire la suiteRéduire
