Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Direct billing is offered through TELUS Health, Green Shield Canada, The Co-operators, Sun Life, and Saskatchewan Blue Cross. If you are unsure if your plan is eligible for direct billing, please don’t hesitate to ask. Many plans are branched under these main providers. Insurance details must be provided on intake form prior to appointment out of respect for both mine and your time.
