Not sure what to book? Please reach out to our admin. team and they would be happy to help.
If you have any additional health information please ensure you bring it with you for your initial assessment.
If you are coming for an upper body injury, please be sure to wear either a tank top or a loose fitting shirt.
If you are coming for a lower body injury, please bring shorts or pants that can easily be rolled up above your knee.
