Our RMT’s do not direct bill WorkSafe/WCB claims. Patients with an open WorkSafe/WCB claim will be required to pay for their appointment in full. We will provide you with a receipt so that you can submit it manually.

Telus eClaims does not support direct billing for secondary insurance. If your secondary coverage is through Telus eClaims, we’ll provide you with a receipt that you’ll need to submit manually to your secondary insurance provider. See Telus eClaims providers here.

Please bring a piece of photo ID and your insurance card for billing purposes. There may be unforeseen circumstances related to your insurance coverage where we must collect the full payment for your visit.

Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a late cancellation fee. This allows us enough time to reach out to patients who have been seeking treatment but have been unable to book an appointment to fill the spot.

Any late cancellation/no show charges will be processed through your credit card on file and can’t be covered by insurance.

No-Shows (no communication received by the clinic via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment.
