Due to the high demand and longer wait to access our services, we recommend booking a minimum of two follow-up visits , 1 or 2 weeks apart, after booking an initial assessment visit.

This will ensure that you are able to have a follow-up visit if required. Our therapists or yourself can cancel or postpone the follow-up visits after the initial visit, at anytime if needed .

Please note that we are not a OHIP-covered or WSIB clinic. Also a gentle reminder that we require 48 hours for changes to your appointment or cancelations. Last-minute cancelations will be subject to a cancelation fee and no-shows will be charged the full appointment rate at the time of the missed appointment. We appreciate everyone’s understanding! :)
