We require a credit card on file for all appointments and class registrations. Your information is kept secure and confidential.

For all treatments, the credit card on file will only be charged if the service is not covered by your insurance, and only after your session is completed. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in accordance with clinic policy. Please see our cancellation policy for details.

All classes, including Foundations Strength Training, Young Movers: Coordination & Agility, Active Strong 60+ Strength & Balance Training, Back Relief & Core Stability, and Knee Care & Strength, are prepaid. Class fees will be charged to your credit card on file within 24–48 hours after we receive and review your registration.
