“After a disastrous ER visit on the weekend, Dr Vanessa went out of her way to take care of my foot and save it from futher complications from diabetes I deal with. I went to the wrong location (Dr Alex was so helpful as well!) and Dr Vanessa waited me for me to drive there and took the time to give me the proper care that I hadn't been able to receive at the ER. She was kind, patient, thoughtful and thorough, removing a piece of shell I had picked up in my foot from the lake, along with cleaning out the infection that had developed. She took care of other issues on my feet and explained everything, reassuring me it wasn't in my head like I had been told at the hospital. She had reviewed my chart before I got there and had insights from it showing that she took the time. As someone with significant foot anxiety, I felt calm and in great hands and I am looking forward to working with this clinic for my foot health in the future. This morning I'm actually able to walk normally again and without pain! Thank you so much for helping me with this stressful situation and preventing it from getting worse!”Lire la suiteRéduire
