Dr. Potluri is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain every procedure, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is modern, clean, and equipped with advanced technology, and the staff truly care about patient comfort—perfect even for nervous patients like me. “I been going to Astra Dental for 9 years coming out of recovery and I always had a great experience. The staff are welcoming and Dr kumar potluri is kind and helpful. The new office is excellent state of the art with their new equipment and easy access. he always listens to my concerns and recognizes when im nervious and works well with that to calm me. “Dr. Bhushan is the best dentist we’ve ever had. He always does everything with care and precision. He has been our dentist for about 10 years. We’ve had all types of treatments done (root canal, wisdom tooth extraction, filling, braces, crowns etc.) We’ve had an amazing experience with each and every one of the treatments. “I am a senior and have had dozens of dental work on my mouth. Undoubtedly the best dental related experience I have ever had has been with Dr. Bhushan Potluri at Astra Dental Centre. He is the very best dentist I have ever had. I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care; my aunt and I had many teeth in very bad shape but Dr. Potluri has been making miracles. The front desk receptionists Sushma and Any are fantastic, super friendly, respectful, caring, courteous of your time and work efficiently. Everything is on time, it is an extremely professionally run office, it is never overbooked, and no one has to wait. Dr. Potluri is specialized to handle all tipe of dental issues. Helen is the hygienist, she is wonderful! I have experienced nothing but kindness and helpfulness. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service. "The quality of care is outstanding. They treat you like a person, not just a patient". The entire office is very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. “Getting an appointment with this clinic was a quick and efficient process. The staff were informative and friendly, and the space felt modern and comfortable. I had a cleaning and a cavity filling done. The dentist was so gentle, warm, and soft spoken. He regularly checked if I was feeling alright and went out of his way to ensure that any anomalies were pointed out to me. He also gave me extra guidance based on my gum health. During the cavity filling, I was surprised with how painlessly he performed the numbing injection. The filling was then done within 10 minutes. “My daughter and I had our first visit yesterday and I was very happy with the experience. We were both comfortable through the whole process. “I have been to other dental clinics but the approach towards the dental problem and treatment received at Astra Dental clinic has been by far the best. The systematic approach by Dr. B. Kumar Bhushan towards the dental problem for example carefully listening, examining, explaining the patient the problem and the remedy, finances involved and only then proceeding with the treatment gives the patient satisfaction that right treatment will be done and in a proper manner.
