“I had a great experience at this dental office for more than 10 yrs. now. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The dentist is one of the best. The office was clean, organized, and appointments ran on time. I really appreciated the gentle care and attention to detail throughout my visit. “Both my daughter and I recently had our oral exams and teeth cleanings at Atlantis Dental Cambie, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The reception staff, hygienists, and dental assistants were all friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Jason Goldthorpe and his assistant Elizabeth completed our oral exams with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our appointments. I also discussed the possibility of getting a dental implant with Dr. Goldthorpe. I really appreciated his approach—he provided thoughtful, professional advice without any pressure or sales tactics. He presented the options objectively and gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. What stood out the most was the welcoming atmosphere. Even though we were new patients, everyone treated us like longtime friends. Scheduling appointments was effortless, and all the estimates, forms, and billing were prepared promptly and efficiently. The clinic is clearly very well organized. “Last two cleanings have been sup-bar. Leaving obvious staining, and re-iterating that I should come back in six months to get a proper cleaning. When previously I hadn't been to an appointment in six years, and the hygienist was able to clean my teeth to sparkling white with no problem. “I moved homes years ago and changed dentists, just to come back to Atlantis after a few years. Robby was amazing with my exams and my cleaning and Dr. Jason as usual was the best.
