“Upgraded review from what I initially gave 5 stars and let things go. Then went from 3 stars to a 1 star. Rethinking and to be "fair" upgrading to 3 stars. Definitely not 5 stars. Was advised all records I resent from the referring agency would be forwarded to the specialist. When I get to the specialist, not all records made it. This could be at the specialist office where staff didn't upload the documents....one can only assume. During my initial appointment, one front desk staff showed no acknowledgement to my thank you.
