“I did the physio Pilates with Keri and wow is she knowledgeable!! I regularly do group classes but the one-on-one class with a true professional that knows proper body mechanics and alignment was excellent! “I previously saw Maria for an ACL injury after surgery and she was amazing. I’m back up and skiing and happy with the results.
