To ensure that all patients have fair access to appointments, we kindly ask that you book no more than one appointment per modality per day . We respectfully reserve the right to limit or disable online booking for patients who do not follow this policy.

Avita direct bills most extended health plans. However, we are OPTED OUT of WorkSafeBC (except Physiotherapy and Chiropractic with Dr. Max Sczawinski) and MSP billing

A credit card is required on file to confirm your booking. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged to your credit card. All clients are personally responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments, as these cannot be billed to insurers.

NOTE: When booking physiotherapy services, please pre-book 2–3 follow-up visits, ideally one week apart, after your initial assessment. Be sure to book these appointments with the same therapist to ensure continuity of care.
