Mandatory Card on File : We require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Visa/Mastercard debit to be placed on file prior to booking. We only accept these cards as methods of payment at the clinic and do not accept cash.

No Direct Billing : We do not have direct billing services to insurance companies. However, we will provide an official receipt (with the practitioner’s license number) after your treatment. All treatments by our practitioners are covered under most extended health insurance plans (Sunlife, Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, etc.).

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee : Any cancellations, changes or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost.

FOR EXISTING PATIENTS/CLIENTS: As of February 12, 2026 you’ll be prompted to re-enter your credit card the next time you book as part of a payment system update. We apologize for the inconvenience!
