“I have been coming to Adam long before he set up his own clinic. There is no one I trust more to help me overcome my injuries and get back to crushing weights in the gym! I highly recommend Adam. He is kind and patient, and always look to treat you with the best care. “I had an excellent experience with Back to Form. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Adam is always professional and incredibly knowledgeable, so you know you’re in good hands. My family doctor recommended that I see a chiropractor for headaches related to neck and shoulder pain/tightness. Adam quickly assessed my postural issues and came up with a treatment plan to correct them, sending me home with easy-to-follow exercises after each session. After six weeks of visiting the clinic, the severity and frequency of my headaches have dramatically decreased, and the tightness in my neck and shoulders continues to improve as I work with the exercises he showed me.
