Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable—work, family, and everything in between! Please keep in mind that when appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it not only affects our practitioners—who aren’t compensated for that time—but also limits our ability to offer that spot to another patient who may need care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
A credit card is required on file for direct billing and online booking.
Missed appointments and late cancellations impact our ability to care for others. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of online booking access, direct billing privileges, or discontinuation of care.

Fourth Occurrence or More: The full cost of your appointment will be charged. Late Cancellations are any changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. No-Shows are when you don’t arrive for your appointment without letting us know.
