“I had such a great experience at Bailey Nelson on Queen Street today. I stopped in to see if they could straighten the arms on my glasses and they repaired them on the spot, completely free of charge. The women working there were friendly, welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. They took care of my glasses in minutes and I left with them fitting perfectly again. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer care. “Stephanie and the front and Dr. Diana Li are literally goated x10 🐐🐐🐐 I had a very comprehensive and complete eye test and turns out my eyesight got worse (yiiiikes). Dr. Li is so fun and helped me figure out my prescriptions and handled the ordering of my trial contacts, and Stephanie (angel) told me they can even do lens swaps cause u know I LOVE my frames and a lot of places don’t do that! Saw me same day and now my fav glasses will help me see better and I got new contacts. Total vibe in the store too like no offense to the Warby Parker at the Eaton centre but they could never 🙏🏻 from a vibes and services perspective. I had an amazing time, I will do my annual tests from only here from now on. “I came in with my girlfriend looking for glasses which was well over due. The associates there were really helpful and friendly while we browsed around. Darnell specifically was able to assist us with finding the right frame and explained every detail about which modifications we should add to the lens’s. He made the purchasing process very easy and smooth. This was probably the easiest transaction I’ve made at a glasses store.
