We do require a credit card on file to book your appointment. If this is a barrier to treatment for you please reach out to your practitioner at their e-mail below and they will try to accommodate.

To reach your practitioner, or if you need to cancel an appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window, please contact them directly via email. Cancellations within the 24-hour period will incur a cancellation fee. Please avoid calling the yoga studio to cancel, an e-mail directly to your practitioner ensures we will get your message.
