Before booking a Subsequent Visit , all patients must book a Initial Assessment Visit . The allotted time for Initial Assessment visit is used to complete a detailed health history, carryout assessment, provide treatment and update patient records.

NOTE - Appointments booked under Headworks Physiotherapy / Sharon Farquharson requires 48 hours prior Cancellation notice .

Please note that No Show or Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointments are subject to a No Show / Cancellation Fee .
