“Today I had a teeth cleaning at Bear Creek Dental, and I wanted to share my experience. I was treated by a hygienist named Himo. He was friendly and welcoming. He asked how I was feeling and measured my blood pressure. Then, he asked if I had any questions. I mentioned that I have very sensitive roots, and we began the cleaning procedure. From the first touches, it seemed to me that the specialist was applying excessive force when using the instruments. When I started flinching from the discomfort at the roots, he didn’t stop or give me a break, and the tension increased. When the touches became very painful, I flinched repeatedly, and he offered me a numbing solution instead of trying to perform the procedure more gently. He applied a numbing gel to my gums and gave me 5-6 rather painful injections in the lower jaw and one in the upper. Afterward, he massaged my jaw and asked if I could feel the numbing effect. I said yes, and he continued. The unpleasant sensations didn’t completely disappear, yet he continued. He told me that today we would only clean half of my jaw, and the other half would be done another time. In the end, I barely endured the remainder of the procedure. I regret agreeing to the painful numbing process administered by Himo. I’m now sitting with a mouth full of needle marks, and as the numbing wears off, the injection sites and half of my head are in pain. I regret going to this specialist, although I have no complaints about the others. I should have gotten up from the chair as soon as the touches became painful and rough. I do not recommend this specialist. Thank you for your attention. This was one of the most unpleasant teeth cleaning experiences in my entire 40 years of life.”Lire la suiteRéduire
