First assessment, Kim was very informative and helped me understand what my body needs to function at its best. She gave me a great understanding of what's happening in my body as well as supportive tools until the next visit. I cannot recommend Beausejour Rehab highly enough! I injured my knee at work and received very little guidance or support from my employer. A few people outside of work strongly suggested I try physiotherapy so I decided to give Beausejour Rehab a chance… even though I wasn’t expecting much. Boy, was I wrong! From the very first interaction, the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. When I had to reschedule an appointment, I felt terrible calling to change it but she made it so easy and was genuinely kind about it. She set the perfect tone for the whole experience. Then there’s Devon, my physiotherapist. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how outstanding he is. He treated my injury with real seriousness and care, taking the time to answer every single question I had. He’s like a walking encyclopedia of knowledge but what makes him truly special is how much he genuinely cares. He guided me step by step through my recovery and helped me understand the best ways to manage what might be a lifelong issue. His support, expertise and encouragement have made all the difference. I still have more sessions booked with Beausejour Rehab and I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my progress and getting even more help dealing with my knee injury. Beausejour Rehab is lucky to have such amazing people. I wish every business had staff like Devon and the receptionist (sorry, I didn’t catch her name). They’ve restored my faith in quality care and customer service. I’ve already been bragging to all my coworkers about them! Thank you both so much. You’ve made a real positive impact on my life.
