Dermaplaning (Solo)

Typically this service is booked in as a follow up appointment from a Dermaplaning facial. A medical grade scalpel is dragged across the skin to remove up to ten layers of dead skin. There is no recovery time for this skin resurfacing treatment and minimal irritation. You will leave with fresh beautiful skin that more readily absorbs at home treatments. Peach fuzz does not grow in darker. If terminal hair is present it with be removed from the root before dermaplaning. BY BOOKING THIS TREATMENT YOU ACKOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: I understand that Dermaplaning involves the use of a surgical blade to exfoliate the skin and remove fine vellus hair from the face. During this treatment there is a risk of obtaining small cuts from the surgical blade. Although the utmost care is taken to avoid this it is always a possibility. If a chemical peel is part of this treatment: I understand that the sensation and penetration of the secondary service will be enhanced. This may cause further skin irritation, mild discomfort, tenderness, lightening or darkening of the skin, infection and or peeling.
