“I've been going to BetterLife Physiotherapy in Rockland, Ontario, for the past 3 weeks. I'm having a problem with my Achilles tendon on the left side. I've been seeing Merril Abdelsayed who is helping me fix this problem. Merril is very professional, very kind and she has been able to almost solve my situation already. “I really recommend Betterlife Physio to anybody in need of physio therapy treatment. It's a nice clean welcoming environment. These two exceptional physio therapists ( Sam & Merril ) have a large experience and knowledge in treatments and therapies to deal with a multitude of issues. I had different issues myself to be addressed like, knee replacement, plantar fasciitis and shoulder pain. All I can say is thank you Sam. You're a great therapist and a valuable friend to me. “I’ve been going to BetterLife Physiotherapy in Rockland since November 2025 for hip treatment, and my experience with Sam has been exceptional. He is consistently attentive, truly listens, and maintains a high level of professionalism at every visit. The clinic is always on time, which I really appreciate, and the environment is spotless and welcoming. Sam takes the time to explain each treatment before he begins, so I always understand what he’s doing and why. At the end of every session, he goes over the receipt clearly and helps schedule the next appointment.
