Beginning August 1st, we’re updating how insurance billing works at Bishop Massage & Wellness. Payment will be collected from patients directly at the time of service. Our Admin team will continue to submit your insurance claims as they always have, the insurance reimbursement will now be issued to you by your insurer, rather than issued to the clinic. (PBC, ICBC and RCMP claim are unaffected and will continue as before.)
• All online intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment
• Please review our 24-hour cancellation policy
• A $50 deposit applies to all first-time initial appointments

“I honestly can't recommend Bishop Massage & Wellness enough! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted by some of the friendliest and most welcoming reception staff. The clinic itself is beautiful; it's exceptionally clean, has a calming atmosphere, and the aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous. I had a massage with Alexa, and she was phenomenal. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and so easy to talk to. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand my goals before beginning treatment. Throughout the session, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in great hands. I walked out feeling so much better, with so much of the tension and stress I had been carrying finally gone. It's incredible how much stress our bodies hold onto until someone with the right skills helps release it. What really stands out about this clinic is the people. Every practitioner I've met has been genuinely friendly, compassionate, and passionate about helping others. You can truly tell they love what they do, and it creates such a positive environment. I also love the variety of services they offer. Whether you're looking for massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic, IV therapy, red light therapy, or other wellness services; they seem to be continually expanding what they provide, making it a true one stop wellness clinic. Their pricing is very reasonable, the quality of care is exceptional, and there's plenty of convenient parking. As a bonus, they also showcase beautiful products from local makers, including gorgeous jewelry, which I absolutely love because it's another way they support the local community. “Seen by Dr.Dianne for an iron infusion and it was such a positive experience! I’ve been to a handful of ND’s now and she is by far my favourite. Also love the large recliners and heated blankets during the infusion. Would highly recommend!”

“My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dianne Marasigan for my IV infusion. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything step by step. She really listened to our concerns and gave us great advice. The clinic is spotless, clean, and organized. The chair was so comfortable,more like a bed,and I even had a blanket to keep me cozy.
