Dr. Day is honestly one of the best healthcare professionals I’ve ever had. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she creates such a warm, welcoming environment where I always feel comfortable being vulnerable and open. Every appointment feels like I’m doing more than just helping my physical health. I’ve followed Dr. Day through two different clinics now and I’ll never leave her. The receptionist is the sweetest most patient and so great at explaining billing etc. Sydney the massage therapist is also amazing!! I look forward to other services offered by Blue Haven Wellness. Our experience at Blue Haven Wellness has been nothing short of amazing for our whole family. From the moment you walk in, Tori at the front desk greets you with such warmth and kindness—it really sets the tone for every visit. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and makes everything feel easy and comfortable. We’ve all received chiropractic care here—myself, my husband, and even our 3-year-old daughter—and the care has been exceptional. Dr. Day, the owner and chiropractor, is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and truly takes the time to ensure each of us feels comfortable and cared for. She is especially wonderful with our daughter, making the experience positive and stress-free for a young child. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ overall well-being. I’ve also had the chance to get a massage with Syd, and it was incredible. Syd is attentive, professional, and really listens to what your body needs. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Day since my first appointment years ago. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. At Blue Haven Wellness, I started with the RMT Sydney Duquette who has magical hands and is always willing to offer suggestions, strategies, and techniques to aid in treatment. I met Jessica Day, and after a brief conversation, I decided to move forward with chiropractic treatments along with neuro-functional acupuncture. Blue Haven Wellness is hands down the best! From the moment you walk in, Joy makes you feel so welcome—she’s super friendly, organized, and always greets you with a smile. She keeps everything running smoothly, which makes every visit a breeze. Dr. Day is an amazing chiropractor. She really takes the time to listen and figure out what’s going on, instead of just rushing through an adjustment.
