For any cancellations/appointment changes, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice. And don’t worry - we will send you a reminder email and/or text before your appointment (just make sure to opt-in to alerts when booking!).
We do not currently direct bill insurance providers, but provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Welcome to Bluebird Psychology! Where to find us: We are located at 277, 200 Rivercrest Drive SE . The easiest way to access our office is through the entrance on the west side of the building, near First Aid Calgary. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and find us in Unit 277 with Prairie Psychology Collective. When you arrive, please have a seat in our waiting room, enjoy our play area, and grab a complimentary snack and beverage. Your psychologist will greet you at your appointment time! Booking and appointment policies: Payment is due at the time of your appointment. For assessments, you can pay in full at the intake meeting or split the amount over two half payments. For parents who are separated/divorced: In AB, if parents are separated/divorced, we need permission from both parents before starting services for a child (unless one parent has legally been provided with sole decision-making authority). If this applies to you, don’t worry - we will gather some information from you through our intake forms.
